Given that the hair could have been higher, more feathered…
The backdrop could have been infinitely more ridiculous…
There could have been all manner of lace and tiers and perm…
I’d say this photo doesn’t even qualify as being Promtacular! Except. Except, except.
Except for the bow. The red bow, plopped on top of the fashionable white pouf top like…like a brick on top of a soufflé. The dress was practically minimalist until the bow. The bow that says, “The 80s are almost over, but I will make the most of them while I still can!!!”
